Our house rules with your inquiry
In order to be able to assess your request as quickly as possible whether the desired period is still bookable, I kindly ask you to fill in the above information. Your booking is only 100% completed after you have received the guest certificate from us. We do not give refunds on bookings that have already been paid and you must contact your insurance company in the event of cancellation. Payments must be made within 7 days after reservation. After this period your reservation will expire and you will have to submit your request again.
Upon arrival at the reception, you must present the guest certificate as confirmation of the reservation. If you arrive at the Resort after 22:00, you must report this in advance.
